Carolina D. Cantu, 33, of Baytown passed away early Saturday, July 11, 2009. She was born March 29, 1976 in Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Thomas and Carolina G. Cantu. She attended Robert E. Lee High School and was a member of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Carolina worked for the Harris County WIC office for four years. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter, cooking and dancing. She is survived by her daughter, Audrey Lynn Partida; parents; Thomas and Carolina Cantu; sisters, Thelma Davila and Erica Navejar; brothers, Guadalupe Cantu, Edgar T. Cantu and Gilbert Cantu; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many close friends.Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Luis Hernandez officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Cantu, Gilbert Cantu, Guadalupe Cantu, Martin Navejar, Manuel Garcia, Guillermo Hurtado and Ruben Reyes.Carolina was a mother, daughter, sister and a friend.
