On April nineteenth, two thousand twenty-five at 7:17 PM our daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, soul mate, friend, Caroline Grace Spaulding, died.
Caroline was born on October first of nineteen ninety-five at 8:50 PM. She was twenty-nine years and two hundred days of age at the time of her death. She was surrounded by her parents, family and love of her life, who lovingly, tenderly, sorrowfully and with great anguish bid her farewell.
Caroline was and remains still, faithful and true. To have been loved by Caroline was a great privilege. She loved deeply and freely. She loved to make her people laugh and was happy to offer her services as the center of attention. She was tender and kind. She was a devoted daughter and sister. She loved her canine children beyond measure, Evan, Rowan, Charlie, Gracie, Cooper, Piper, Jackson. They will certainly suffer great sorrow from her absence.
She was unwavering in her devotion, commitment, and passion for Nathaniel Quinton Sanders, her Q. Their love story will continue in another sphere.
Caroline considered so many to be her friends. From her co-workers, her family, the hospital staff at University of Kentucky, to the cashier at the corner food mart. The dearest of her friends was her cousin, Olivia Jane Gaba Lambdin and grade school friend, Meghan Ross. Surely her absence in their daily life will be felt for years and years to come.
Caroline was yearned for before conception, an answered prayer in utero, and the greatest of blessings and gifts upon birth. Caroline Grace will continue to be cherished for all eternity. We will do our best to honor her in all of our days to come.
Caroline Grace was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Charles Raymond Gaba, M.D.
She is survived in death by her parents, her father Glen Michael Spaulding with fiancé Dianne Fuller Krauth, her mother Sarah Jo Gaba Creech and stepfather Michael Eugene Creech. Her grandparents, Betty Jo Wicker Gaba, Gene and Linda Spaulding, Bonnie Meehan Wallace and Brent Robbins. Her brother Oliver Louis Spaulding. Her aunts and uncles, Malinda Wigginton Wicker, Bill and Peggy Gaba, Ed and Carol Gaba, Beth Gaba and Brian Menges, Dan Gaba, Dan and Gina Clawson, Keith and Kim Spaulding, Mark Spaulding and Terrilyn Fleming, Katie and Rodmey Rojas. Jody and Ashley Craig, Ben Wallace. Her cousins, Elise Williams, Olivia Gaba Lambdin and Darren Lambdin, Salem Lambdin, Emma Lambdin, Lily Lambdin, Emily and Mark Coxen, Nora Coxen, Dean Coxen, Matthew and Jenny Gaba, Shephard Gaba, Sam Gaba and Katelyn Bryan.
