Carolyn B. Morrison

Carolyn (Borawski) Morrison, 81, of Avon, entered into eternal life Friday, September 26, 2025. Born in Hartford, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Chester and Mary T. (Belasco) Borawski., She was a life-long resident of Avon. Carolyn was a meeting planner for many years for United Technologies Corp before her retirement. For the past three years she had been a resident at River Ridge Assisted Living in Avon where she enjoyed doing crafts, going on field trips, and setting up flower arrangements. Carolyn also loved playing Bingo. She was a life-long communicant of the Church of Saint Ann in Avon. She is survived by several cousins Kathy Pillion, Johanne Meehl, Lorraine Wallace, Michael Dobzinski, Sephanie Miller, Alan Dobzinski, as well as many family members and friends. Beside her parents she is predeceased by a sister Mary Ann Bossidy. Her family will receive friends Monday October 6, 2025, from 9:30am-10:30 am at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Road, Avon, followed by a Scripture Wake Service at 10:30 am.
