My husband, Ed M., and I will miss seeing with Carolyn when we are at River Ridge to visit his mother. Carolyn was friendly and sociable, always out among people and partipating in activities. She once taught me how to make a wreath. Soon after we met her, she was elected President of the Residents' Council. She served in that role for quite some time. Even though she had to use a wheelchair 100% of the time, she was independent within the community and fully engaged, both mentally and socially. We are very sorry for your loss, and we will miss Carolyn.
