Carolyn Parham Obituary
HENDERSON- Carolyn Isabelle Stanton Parham, 88, of South Lake Lodge Road, died Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at her home. Born May 18, 1937 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Maude Hobgood Stanton and Henry Washington Stanton and was the widow of Bobby Poole Parham, Sr.. She retired from the Palm Beach, FL School System where she was a dedicated bus driver for 33 years. Carolyn was a member of Union Chapel Church of Kittrell.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in 2026.
She is survived by three daughters, Donna P. Diemer of Henderson, Beverly Y. Colmant and husband, Clay of Henderson, and Angela P. Hartwell and husband, Richard of Newland; a son, Bobby P. Parham, Jr. of Henderson; three grandchildren, Kristina Hisey (Keith); Ariana Hartwell Boyd (Arizona), and Stanton Parham; and three great grandchildren, Tyler Molina, Gabriella Molina and Hunter Hisey.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Alan S. Finlayson; two sisters, Peggy Stanton and Bernice Overton; and two brothers, Bracey Stanton and Bernard Stanton.
