Carter Leslie Wines entered his eternal life on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at the tender age of 21.
Carter was born March 7, 2004, in Sherman, Texas to Mark Wines and Michelle Matthews. He graduated high school in 2022 and swore into the United States Air Force December 14, 2022, and graduated BMT March 22, 2023, and went off to tech school where he didn't know at the time, he would meet the love of his life and future wife. Rylee and Carter were inseparable from the time they both arrived at their first duty station, Nellis AFB. Carter was a loving father, husband, son, and the best brother.
Everyone who knew Carter loved him! He loved hanging out with "the boys" gaming, loved his RED HORSE job and family, and being at home with Rylee and his precious baby girl Hazel. He had the best smile, and his charm and personality always put a smile on everyone's face!
He is survived by his daughter Hazel Kay and his wife Rylee Roe. His father Mark and wife Misti Wines, and mother Michelle Matthews and Jason Klas. His mother and fathers in law Jayme and Tim Talbot and Brandon Roe. His sisters and brothers in law Mackenzie and Elijah Cook, Brittany and Luke Bucher, Payton Armstrong and Jayden Thomas, and Jayden Klas. Nieces and nephews Kayleigh, Ezra, and on the way Emmett Carter Cook and Aubrey Thomas. Grandparents Judy Wines, and Terry and Debbie Matthews. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Leslie Wines. Carter loved all his family dearly.
Funeral service will be held at Noon on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel, in Denison, Texas. Family and friends will gather to visit one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
