Cary Davis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Road on Sep. 22, 2025.

Publish in a newspaper

"Cary Lee Davis, 61, of Lexington went home to be with the Lord on September 18, 2025. He was born on September 13, 1964 in Lexington to Ann Elizabeth Davis and Billy Van Davis.

He is survived and lovingly remembered by his mother, Ann Elizabeth Davis and his brother, James Scott Davis. He is also survived by his daughter, Brittany Davis Weathers, and her husband, Tyler Weathers. He was a proud "Crazy Papaw" to Hunter Lee Weathers, Heidi Lynn Weathers, and Holden Luke Weathers. He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Nicholas Hunter Davis.

Lee was a man of unwavering faith, and a member of Southern Heights Baptist Church. He was also an outdoorsman who loved spending time in God's creation alongside his dog Cuddles. Lee's strong love for his family and friends; as well as his ability to strike up conversation with anyone, will be missed by all who knew him.

The family finds comfort in knowing he is at peace with our Savior and reunited with those who have gone before him that he loved and missed so much.

A visitation will be held Friday, September 26, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Road, followed by a service at 12 p.m. Burial will take place at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens."
