Catherine Joyce Kinkle

Catherine Joyce Kinkle, 60 of Hemlock, unexpectedly went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 8, 2025. She was born to the late Noel and Susan (Birch) Ryder on August 8, 1965 in Saginaw, MI. Catherine married the love of her life Stephan Wade Kinkle on March 10, 2001 and they shared 24 loving years together.
Cathy loved to go camping and just to relax. She really enjoyed playing games on her tablet such as farmville. She lived her life in service to others - whether giving someone a ride to a doctor's appointment, helping them run errands, or simply sitting with them, offering her time, attention, and a compassionate listening ear. Additionally, She enjoyed going treasure hunting at bargain stores to capture a great sale price!! She also enjoyed whipping up new recipes in the kitchen just like her mom. She also enjoyed babysitting little Isla Crumrine for Jon and Jen Crumrine. She loved Isla like her own! She really cherished spending time with her Uncle Jay and Aunt Julie Cardinal where she and her uncle would stay up all night watching christmas movies!
She is survived by her beloved husband, Stephan Kinkle; her brothers, Robert (Chris) Ryder, John (Bethany) Ryder, and David (Billie) Ryder; eleven treasured nephews and nieces; and a host of dear cousins and extended family members, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She is preceded in death by her parents Noel and Susan Ryder, as well as her twin brothers, Kenneth and Keith Ryder.
A memorial service will take place at 11:00am on October 25, 2025 at Midland Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Payne officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00am until time of service.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Midland Baptist Church in her honor.
