Cathryn Thomas Obituary
Cathie is survived by her husband, Michael Dickinson; her brothers, Douglas (Ola Mae) and Gregory Thomas (Stephanie); and sister, Cynthia; as well as Susan Bonczek, Alan Dickinson (Judy), Sandra Ragonese, nieces and nephews; and her best friend for many decades, Carol Acker.
Cathie was predeceased by her mother, Nancy Thomas, and father, Donald Thomas.
Cathie worked in local government for 14,446-day span, retiring recently from her post as Village Administrator of East Aurora, NY. She was elected to six two-year terms as Webster, NY Town Supervisor after serving as Webster Town Clerk. She also served as leader in the City of New Castle, DE; Borough of Stroudsburg, PA; and New Hope, PA.
Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on October 9, 2023, at Liberty Lodge, 850 Maple Drive, Webster, NY. Remembrances to start at 1 p.m.

Mike, my sincere sympathy on the loss of Cathy. She was a talented and dedicated administrator in New Castle. I was proud to have worked under Cathy.
