She was born on October 21st, 1958, in St. Albans, VT to the late Steven & Kathrine (Paquette) Cook.
Cathy was a remarkable woman, whose laughter and kindness illuminated the lives of those around her. Whether she was indulging in her passion for word puzzles, crocheting, or immersing herself in the thrill of a Yahtzee game, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. A devoted fan of television, Cathy found joy and laughter in the episodes of "The Big Bang Theory," "Little House on the Prairie," and "Charmed." She had an unwavering love for elephants, particularly those with their trunks up-a symbol of her loving spirit. Above all, her greatest joy came from her grandchildren, especially her special granddaughter, Maddison, and grandson, Skyler, whom she spoke of with immense pride and who held a cherished place in her heart.
Cathy is survived by the love of her life, Ernest Clark Sr. who she married on September 2nd, 1978; children, Ernie Clark Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Amy Clark, April Sochia and her husband Keith; grandchildren, Maddison Clark and her significant other Alex Elder, Skyler Clark, Ian Clark, Natalia Ives, and Ava Lampman; great grandchild, Kisen; siblings, Lynn Cook and her significant other Jimmy Brace, David Cook, and Michelle Cook; sisters-in-law, Cindy Elliott and Marilyn Demar; and several nieces and nephews.
