Cathy Ann Dopp passed away peacefully on December 16th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Cathy was born on June 11th, 1963, in Trenton Mi, daughter of Bill Walker and Betty Walker (nee: Brewer). Cathy graduated from Lincoln High School in 1980, then spent the rest of her career helping disabled adults and children. Cathy married James Jackson in 1982. Had two Daughters: Melissa and Debra. Cathy remarried, years later, Bruce Dopp on June 6th, 2002, and gained a son, Terry Harris. Cathy is survived by many family members and friends. Just to name a few; her loving husband, her loving son, her loving daughter-in-law Stevie, her two loving daughters, her two loving sons-in-law, Joshua and Dave, and her ten loving grandchildren: Bradly, Adrionna, Sara, Stephen, Camden, Gabriella, Kyle, Nathan, Elijah and Darius as well as Bradly, Adrionna, and Sara’s fiancé’s Noelle, Justin, and Blake.
Cathy enjoyed many hobbies. Shopping, traveling, cooking and most importantly spending time with her family and friends. She loved animals especially animals we couldn’t have as pets. She absolutely loved sea lions. Anytime she’d go to the zoo or aquarium she would try to communicate with them by making the sound that sea lions do.
Preceding Cathy in death are her parents Bill and Betty, her Brother Billy Ray, sister Carolyn, her nephew Jason, her granddaughter Emmily, her first husband James and many other loved ones.
