Cecelia Elizabeth Johnson-Chapman, age 92, of Round Lake, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2006 at Manor Care in Libertyville.
     She was born July 10. 1914 in Chicago to George and Anna (Tuschner) Foerster.
     Formerly of Chicago, Cecelia had been a resident of Round Lake since 1952. While living in Chicago she was employed as a detective for Carson Piere Scott. She later worked in security and theft for Allied Radio. After moving to Round Lake, Cecelia was an independent Real Estate agent.
     She was a member of the Lady Bugs and the V.F.W. Auxiliary, Post 4308 of Lake Villa. She was a cherished aunt, and she spent many good years in the Round Lake area.
     Survivors include a sister, Marie (the late Henry) Meyer of Colorado Springs, CO.; a brother, Arthur (Elena) Foerster of Williams Bay, WI.; two nieces, Mary Ann and Barbara; and five nephews, Steven, Kenneth, Greg, Richard and William.
     She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Johnson (July 13, 1977), Clarence Chapman (Feb. 3, 2003); her parents; and a sister, Florence Helminski.
     Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, at Justen’s Round Lake Funeral Home, 222 N. Rosedale Court (at Cedar Lake Road), Round Lake, Il. 60073.
     The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, at St. Joseph Church, 114 N. Lincoln Avenue, Round Lake, Il. The Rev. Don Lund will officiate.
     Entombment in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Libertyville.
