Cecil was a kind and joyful man who loved to laugh, dance, and spend time with others. He was known for his outgoing personality and his love of keeping things neat and clean. He never met a stranger and was happiest when surrounded by people. His family and friends will always remember his big smile and warm heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Juanita, and his sisters, Mary and Joyce. He is survived by his siblings: Tommy, Lee, and Melissa (Harvey), along with several nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
Cecil will be missed by all who knew him.
