Miss Cecil Antoninette "Anne" Harris, age 94, life-long resident of Griffin, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025 at her residence. Miss Harris was born on November 28, 1930 in Griffin. She was the daughter of the late James Calvin and Cecil Antoinette Reeves Harris. She retired after many years of service from the State of Georgia where she worked for the Department of Children and Family Services. Miss Harris was a long-time member of the Hanleiter United Methodist Church and later the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her cousins, Alyce Reeves Bailey, Richard Reeves, Gus Bohler (Nancy), and Meridith Bohler (Lynda); friend and caregiver, Patricia Bell. Graveside funeral services for Miss Cecil Antoninette "Anne" Harris will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the old section of Oak Hill Cemetery. All friends and relatives are ask to assemble at the graveside. Haisten McCullough Funeral Home, 1155 Everee Inn Road, Griffi, Ga. 30224 is in charge of arrangements.
