Cecil Spivey Obituary
Cecil was born January 16, 1944, to Wesley and Johnnie Annett (Reese) Spivey. He was united in marriage to Maxine Holland on February 6, 1963, in Brownwood, Texas. Cecil was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He worked construction for 43 years and loved working on his farm. He loved watching western movies and could talk to anyone he met as he never met a stranger he came across.
He is survived by his 11 children, Cecil Dell Spivey and wife, Heather Spivey of Comanche, Alicia Seay of Comanche, Jennifer Woodard of Comanche, Justin Spivey and wife, Eva Spivey of Comanche, John Spivey of Alabama, Gary Spivey and wife, Serena of Blanket, Lucretia Bowen, and husband, Troy Bowen of Comanche, Tammie Laurents and husband, Christopher of Comanche, Charles Spivey of Comanche, Wesley Spivey of Comanche; siblings, Neddie Loudermilk of Comanche, Wesley Spivey of Gorman, B.B. Spivey of Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Spivey; parents, Wesley and Johnnie Annett (Reese) Spivey; and sister, Audi Schlee.
