Cecile Elizabeth Zarum, 82, of Mashpee, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday, August 14, 2025. She was the beloved wife of 58 years to the late Seth Zarum and daughter of the late Victor and Irene Gosselin.

Cecile graduated from St. Jean Baptiste Academy in Pawtucket, RI. She worked for over 10 years as a Medical Records Administrator at the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod. She was an avid gardener with a green thumb for flowers, fruit and vegetables; she enjoyed traveling, reading, boating on the ocean and just being outside in the sunshine. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cecile is survived by six children, Robert Zarum and wife Meghan of Mashpee, Beth Furnari and husband John of East Falmouth, Philip Zarum and wife Michelle of Beratzhausen, Germany, Owen Zarum and wife Airlia of Manchester, NH, Stephanie Zarum of Fairhaven, Sarah Lombard and husband Derek of New Orleans, LA, sister Bernadette Milligan and husband Edward of Buzzards Bay, seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by siblings Emile, Alice, Norman, Annette and William.

A graveside service will be held at Great Neck Woods Cemetery in Mashpee on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 1:00pm.
