Cedric is survived by his son, Cedric Phillips, Jr., a grandson, mother, Linda Oates, father, Lonza Phillips (Belinda), grandmother, Mary-Louise Ross, brothers, Kelada Solomon, LaDale Phillips (Jacinda), Sidney Phillips, four nieces, three nephews, aunts and cousins.
Cedric's memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends. His spirit will continue to aspire us all. In our hearts, he continues to live. A service to celebrate Cedric's life will be 12:00 pm. Friday, September 26, 2025 at Cox Funeral Home, 240 Walton St., Hamilton, GA 31811.
"We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." 2 Corinthians 5:8
Georgia Cremation-Columbus is assisting the family with the arrangements.
