Ceil Kramer Obituary
She was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Marvin and Helga (née Brenner) Asnes. She spent her childhood in Queens, NY, and then moved to East Brunswick, NJ, where she lived for 45 years.
Prior to retiring, Ceil worked as a referral coordinator for Mid Jersey Pediatrics in East Brunswick, NJ for 35 years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed being with her family and friends, watching Broadway shows, and trips to the pool.
Ceil is predeceased by her parents, Marvin and Helga Asnes.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, David Kramer of East Brunswick, NJ; her son, Daniel Kramer and his wife, Rachel, of Westport, CT; her daughter, Stephanie Samuel and her husband, Nir, of Tampa, FL; and her four grandchildren, Ruby, Hazel, Ari, and Zachary.
A chapel service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 1:15 pm, at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ. Interment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery, Monmouth Junction, NJ.

I have known Ceil from the doctor´s office for the past 20 years that my daughter´s were patients there. We always talked and caught up with each other. She would always sneak a visit in with us when we were waiting for the doctor. It was a privilege to know her. I was sad to hear of her passing and I can tell you I will miss her. My thoughts are with her family. She always spoke to lovingly about you.
