Cesar is preceded in death by his Grandfather, Antonio De Leon, Grandmother, Margarita Abrego, Grandfather, Edelmiro Abrego, Uncle, Eladio Abrego.
He is survived by his beloved family which includes his Mother, Miroslava De Leon; Father, Cesar De Leon; Grandmother, Eva De La Cruz; Brother, Luis Lozano, Jr.; Four Sisters, Erika De Leon, Maggie Elias (Jose), Jasmin Lozano (Victor Guevara), Linda De Leon; Two Nephews, Noe Elias, Josiah Angel Elias; Six Nieces, Alina Elias, Genesis Perez, Cassie Angel, Sofia Barajas, Victoria Jade Guevara, Paulina Barajas; Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas. A Rosary will begin at 6:00 pm.
Cremation will take place at a later date.
