Donavon J. De Leon, 24, of Topeka passed away on July 17, 2025. He was born April 23, 2001 in Junction City. Donavon grew up in Topeka and enjoyed playing video games, sports and fishing, even if he felt he wasn’t very good at it. He attended Shawnee Heights High School. He played football, wrestled and was on the track and field team as well. After graduation he worked at the Mexican Taco Shop and Performance Tire. He later worked in Olathe at a tire shop and then Santa Fe Towing and Lynn Heavy Tow.
Survivors include his mother, Felicia De Leon (Woody) of Topeka; grandfather, Juaquin De Leon (Geri) of Topeka; grandmother, Teresa De Leon of Topeka; brother, Anthony De Leon (Kayla) of Topeka; Sister, Karyssa De Leon of Topeka; daughter Neveah De Leon and her mother Kirsten Morgan of Topeka; nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Thursday evening, July 24, 2025 at Parker-Price and Davidson Cremations and Funeral Services. Funeral services will be held on Friday morning, July 25, 2025 at Parker-Price and Davidson beginning at 10:30 am. ppdfuneral.com
