Cesar Emilio Freytes

Cesar Emilio Freytes (70), of Paterson, New Jersey suddenly and sadly passed away on December 6th, 2023.
Cesar was born to Emilio Freytes and Georgina Sanchez on February 11, 1953, in Manati Puerto Rico. He had a huge love for cars, mostly Buicks, Cadillacs and Thunder birds, which he owned all through the years. While in high school he started his first job as a stock boy at Elliot's jewelers on Main Street in Paterson. From being just a stock boy he became a sales person to then achieving half ownership of Elliotts. He retired after 40 years and moved back to his home of birth Puerto Rico. There he worked an additional 10 years in the jewelry business before returning back to New Jersey.
Cesar was loved by everyone he met, he was social and outgoing. And was a very funny and silly guy. Cesar was the life of the party, he loves his salsa music, dancing, and singing to it all night long, if you allowed him to. His love for his family was evident. His children and grandchildren were the love of his life and till the end he shared his best moments with them.
Cesar, is survived by his wife, Noemi Freytes, three children, daughter Gesele, son in law Lee, sons Cesar and Michael. He's also survived by his five grandchildren, Bryan, Tiffany, Jayden, Ariana, and Liliana (also known as his potatoes and tomatoes.) His sister Madeline Freytes, niece Stephanie, a host of family members and a multitude of friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Cesar will be greatly missed and will forever live in our hearts.
