I knew Cesar briefly because I`m new to Texas, but the short time I knew him, I was impressed. His intelligence, his knowledge, his humbleness, his big heart. I was just proud to work with him. He took me to the airport a couple times so we chatted about life & family. He told me what to expect from Texas & I told him about New York & the different places I lived. I would forget I`m much older than him & I would talk about stuff that was before his time & he would have to remind me "Hey Bill, ummm I wasn`t born yet" & we would laugh so hard. He was so mature that I forgot how young he was. He could fix anything & if he didn`t know how, he was going to learn how to, he was a very determined young man who had so much potential. We will never forget Cesar at Tredit Tire & I`ll make sure of that. Cesar will FOREVER be a part of our heart! We Love you Cesar!!!

Cesar and I worked together. He and I and my wife all quickly became friends. I relied on him, talked with him, laughed with him. We would watch action movies, John wick and Spider-man were 2 of his favorites. He loved cars and would help me with mine when I called, just like he'd help anyone else. I was older than him, but I looked up to him and I admired his heart. He made me laugh and smile every single day. I am so sorry he is gone, I will miss him everyday.
