With absolute shattered hearts, we grieve the sudden loss of the love of our lives, Chad Uebersetzig. Chad was an amazing man who lived his life with deep integrity, love, kindness and the most quick-witted, clever sense of humor. He loved to laugh and most people would say they remembered every interaction with Chad as poignant and genuine. He lit up a room with his character and left a lasting impression as one of the most kind, well-respected people you'd ever meet. Chad served as COO at KMC Stampings in Port Washington where his drive, determination and passion for finding solutions fueled success and his ability to make complex situations seem simple was unmatched. Chad was also passionate for serving his community and cherished his time serving on the Board of Directors at The Threshold Incorporated. Both of these organizations created many lifelong friendships for Chad which he held dear to His heart. He would help anyone who needed it, personally or professionally.

Our beloved husband, Dad, brother, son, uncle, friend is no longer here with us on earth which leaves us feeling broken. But we are confident that he is at peace resting next to our dear Heavenly Father, who he loved beyond words. We shared a deep faith of the Lord and we will use that faith to carry us through until we rest gently and see Chad again when we are called home.

Beloved husband to Jennifer; cherished Dad to Ashlyn and Avery; adored son of Bern and Jude Uebersetzig (Becker); dearest brother to Todd (Dawn) Uebersetzig; and Kym (Chuck) Huhman; treasured brother-in-law of Dawn and Mark; Steve and Karen; Dan and Jill and Jason and Rachel; Dog and cat Dad to Addie, Gracie, Kaia and Finnley, treasured Uncle and father figure to so many who loved him immeasurably.

A celebration of Chad's life will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, 824 Fredonia Avenue, Fredonia, WI with Pastor Marshall Frisque officiating. The family will greet visitors at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family are preferred.

Psalm 34:17-20

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.
