Charlene Henson Obituary
CARAWAY - Norma Charlene Henson, 81, of Caraway, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024. She was born Nov. 27, 1942, to J.W. and Emma Pierce Montgomery.
She loved antiquing, music, cooking and participating in local community dances. She was employed at American Greetings for 42 years and retired with perfect attendance for 40 of those years. She was a member of the Caraway Baptist Church.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Duell Henson, a sister, Billie McMurry, a brother, Franklin Montgomery, and two nephews, Jeff Montgomery and Ricky McMurry.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra R. (Scott) Bell, two brothers, Larry (Diane) Montgomery and Gary Montgomery, a sister, Reba Jones, and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a special friend, Paul Martin.
A graveside funeral will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in Caraway Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home.
