It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Charles Adams, who peacefully left this world on November 2, 2024, at the age of 85. He will be forever missed by his loving family, friends, and all who knew him.
Charlie was born on December 10, 1938, in Haverhill, MA, to Dorothy and Charles Adams. He grew up in the town of Rowley. He graduated from Ipswich high school, and then went on to attend a trade school to be certified as a machinist. He had a successful career as a machinist at Bostik in Middleton Massachusetts until his retirement. He was highly respected for his work ethic and expertise in his field.
Charlie was a kind, generous, and loving person who touched the lives of many. He was known for his jokes, positive attitude and unwavering compassion towards others. He was a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Valerie, and a wonderful father to his two daughters, Dawn and Tammy. He cherished his family above all else.
In his younger years, Charlie enjoyed playing golf, bowling, woodworking, painting and gardening. He was a fun guy to be around and had many friends.
Charles has now joined his wife, Valerie in heaven. He will be deeply missed by his two children, Dawn Floyd and Tammy Grazio. Charles is also a beloved grandfather to Ian, Darian, Nicholas and Alexa and brother to Mary Jo.
He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for those around him.
The family held a private celebration of Charless life.
