Charles E. Allen, II "Charlie" also known to many as "Bubba", 52, of Palmyra passed away on Friday March 28, 2025, at the Hershey Medical Center.
Charlie was born in Norfolk, VA on December 17, 1972 to Hope (Kitchen) Allen of Palmyra, and his late father Charles E. "Tubby" Allen. He was a landscaper for Basnight in Norfolk, VA. He had been a member of Fairmont Park Freewill Baptist Church. He was a member of Maennerchor Club. He also enjoyed playing pool and basketball, watching baseball, being outdoors, working on his landscaping and cooking.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his daughters, Brittany N. Brown (Ricky) of Palmyra, Hannah Ivey (Dustin) North Carolina, grandchildren, Alex and Carter, and his sisters, Sydney "Cindi" Emrich (Scott) of Jonestown, and Sheri Sewell (Vincent) of Kokomo, Indiana. Charlie is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He was preceded in death by father, Charles "Tubby" Allen, nephew, Michael Emrich, and a great niece, MaKayla Lymaster.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to his daughter, Brittany N. Brown. Contributions can be mailed to Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Make checks payable to: Brittany N. Brown.
