Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions - North Dayton ChapelCharles “Chuck” Gene Jones, age 57 of Riverside, Ohio passed away on August 8, 2025. He was born August 4, 1968, in Auburn, Washington.
Charles was loved and a devoted partner, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved to travel, gardening, immersing himself into a good book, and loved to be down at the river, all while keeping a good social life. His pride and joy were his family, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie Jeanne VanAuken.
He is survived by his partner in life and wife, Jessica Haller; children: Serenity Jones, Kassady Jones, Emily Jones, Sullivan Wilson, William Jones, and Traice Jones; grandchildren, Eli Joshua Walters, Arlyn Gene Walters, and Mason Sexton; father, Michael Jones; sisters, Michelle (Todd) Laudenbach Gilge, Jennifer Jones (Tim Robles), and half-sister Tricia Griffieth; cousin, Brent VanAuken; his first wife, Deborah Ray; and second wife, Kristy Wilson; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 20, 2025 from 3-5pm at the VFW Post 657 Riverside, Ohio.
