Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Charles Eugene Combs; his mother, Gora Lee Watts; his sister, April Lee Combs Ramirez and husband Carlos; his nieces, Kassandra, Karla, and Kloe; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services for Charles Eugene Combs II will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home, with Larry Gross officiating. Interment will follow at the McDaniel & Day Cemetery at Christopher, Kentucky. Visitation will be held at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
