Carol and family,
I´m sorry to hear of Charles´ passing. My fondest memory is taking Charles to the gun store and gun range to target practice with my new pistol he recommended I purchase. Rest In Peace my friend your suffering is over and your in cowboy Heaven.

My Uncle Charles (Ras as he was known to all his nieces & nephews) will be missed by many of his friends and family. We all loved him dearly but are thankful that he is no longer suffering in pain. He is in Cowboy Heaven for sure! My Uncle Ras was like a father to me as a kid & teenager. He taught me to always dress spiffy and always wear English Leather cologne for the girls, HAH. He also taught me how to shoot a handgun as I got older, said I seemed to have that `nack´ to it like he always had, said one day I might be as good as him but we all know he was an awesome marksman! Most important he taught me gun safety which I never forgot. He told me once that a man should always carry a pocket knife and gave me (which I cherish) a pocket knife with the Cherokee Gun Club engraved on it. That was about 20 years ago and I carry that knife in my pocket EVERY DAY when I put my pants on. I loved my Uncle Ras and will miss him dearly.
Tom (Tommy to him) Holbrook.
