Charles Cody Cummings

Charles "Cody" Cummings passed away on March 23, 2022, in Skiatook, Oklahoma at the early age of thirty-one. Cody was born to Charles Randall Cummings and Tamela Jean Cummings (Honeyman) August 24, 1990, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
As a young child he was Baptized at the age of four and he enjoyed Karate, he Loved "Batman," and you could often find him playing in the mud. He loved his sister very much from the day she was born, he was so proud of her and cheered her on as her biggest fan!
Growing up he developed a deep love and loyalty for his many friends and family wanting peace and brightening any room he entered with his bright smile and blue eyes. He was also highly interested in animals, nice cars, sports, including soccer, Thunder Basketball, and all things OSU! He also loved watching "Trailer Park Boys," no matter how many times he watched it he would laugh, and it was constantly on their tv! As he grew older, he developed a strong love for Tech N9ne and attended several of his shows. Cody struggled with addiction, but he was so much more than that!
After obtaining his General Education Diploma, Cody acquired his accounting degree, then years later he obtained his career with Casey's as a manager where he shortly worked his way up to store manager all while working part-time with Mr. C's Lawn Care.
On September 14, 2018, Cody married the love of his life, Kristian Desiree Cummings (Heidrick). Cody was proud to be a father and kissed his wife's belly every single night and talked to his son telling him he loved him and could not wait to meet him.
Cody was preceded in death by his Papa Don Cummings and his bonus son Daxton Albright. He is survived by his wife Kristian, his unborn son Maverick, parents Randy & Tammy Cummings, Sister Gabrielle, her husband Caleb Hood, and Grandmother (Nanny) Jo Cummings.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 29, 2022, 9 AM – 8 PM
Services will be held at City Church on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
