Eileen and family please accept my deepest condolences in Fred´s passing, he was a great person to know and work with. We had many interactions in zoning cases sometimes on the same side of the table and sometimes not. I worked for greenhorne a o´mara at the time. But he was a friend at the end.
Very sad to learn of his passing . May he rest in peace.

Eileen, just wanted to say how sorry i was to hear about Fred's passing.. i sought his help on many projects and recommended him to others many times over the years while working at RWJ Assoc. and later Terrain. Whether work or social occasions (RWJ Christmas Parties/Roedown etc.) it was always good to see and talk to him and marvel at his calm gentle humble manner and smooth as silk voice! My condolences to you and your family.

What a loss for the Annapolis community. Fred´s description as "an even keel" was perfect but he was so much more: bright, curious, fair, friendly, good lawyer and concerned
about the world.

I adored Fred! We worked together early in my career, and he was such a calming and steady force in what could be a chaotic practice. He was always so very kind, and his energy was good for the soul. A truly good man.

Fred was a "southern gentleman" of the best kind. Polite, respectful of others, knowledgeable in his profession, and a pleasure to work with. I had the good fortune to get to know Fred, while serving on the Annapolis Planning and Zoning Commission. He did honor to his profession and provided clear and valuable information about the projects he represented. The commission made better decisions because of his presence. I then had the further good fortune to work alongside Fred on numerous ad-hoc committees formed by the city to review and advise on land use issues. He passing is a loss for our community. My condolences go out to his family.

The last time I saw Fred was a chance meeting at the Saint Petersburg Yacht Club many years ago. He was with his Wife Eileen and as a member of the SPYC at the time I was able to show them around the Club and host them to cocktails. The favor was returned at the next Chris Craft Commander Club rendezvous. I remember him having a very gentle nature with quite self assurance. My heart goes out to Eileen and all of his family members. RIP Fred!

I have many wonderful memories of working with Fred. He was one of the nicest, most thoughtful, and smart persons I have ever had the pleasure to know. He will be sorely missed.

Fred was a member of the Chris Craft Commander Club since 2001. He and his wife, Eileen attended many national rendezvous and hosted one in 2009. Club members´ lives are richer having known Fred. To Fred´s family and friends:
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together.
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
Fred, we bid you, "Hail and Farewell!" shipmate, until we drop anchor beside you at the Last Great Rendezvous.
