Charles Fisher Obituary Charles Clinton Fisher, age 97, passed away March 10, 2025, at Ohio Health Hospital in Shelby surrounded by his loving family.
Charles was born October 24, 1927, to Sherman and Gladys (Yohn) Fisher in Mansfield, OH, he had been an area resident for the majority of his life. A 1946 graduate of Shelby High School. Charles worked as a service manager at Skarl Motors before retiring at 68 years old. He also served on the Richland County Fair Board.
In his free time, he enjoyed all things horses. He loved going to races and taking care of horses and even trained harness horses.
He is survived by, his wife, Nancy Joan, whom he married on October 22, 1948; his son, Richard 'Rick' (Susan) Fisher of Murray, Kentucky; daughter-in-law, Vickie Fisher of Shelby; grandchildren, Derek, Chad, and Todd Fisher, and Bekah Sexton; four great-grandchildren; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert 'Bob' Fisher, his sister, Doris Ryland and his brothers: Don Fisher, Gerald Fisher, and Gaylord Fisher.
Per Charles' requests, no services will be observed.
