Mr. Charles E Flowers aged 58 passed away unexpectedly on March 22,2025 in Pensacola, FL while attending a medical conference. He was born in Pensacola, Fl on January 24, 1967 to the late Ricky Flowers and Edna Dunn. He is survived by his wife Jennifer Morris Flowers and his daughter Samantha Reese Flowers of Starr, SC and his mother Edna and stepfather Lee Dunn of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by his 2 brothers Danny (Liz) of Evart, MI and Robert of Panama City, FL. He was preceded in death by his father Ricky Flowers, his maternal grandparents George and Virginia Klay and paternal grandparents Charlie and Barbara Lord. Also surviving are 5 nieces and 6 nephews.

He was employed by AnMed Health and Concordia Anesthesia via Elberton Memorial Hospital as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He graduated from Klein High School in Houston, TX in 1985. He graduated from Clemson University in 1995 with a BSN in nursing. He then graduated in 2003 with a Master's Degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University. He was a former Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve where he served for 16 years and was a veteran of Desert Storm.

He was an avid fisherman and loved his family and dogs. Charlie was the type of person who never met a stranger and will be greatly missed.

His wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Trahan Family Funeral Home of Pensacola, FL is in charge of cremation services. The family is at the home in Starr, SC.

Charlie was always a kind soul. He had a way of making everyone at ease and was a joy to work with in the OR. He will be greatly missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie for over 6 yrs in the OR . He was an amazing CRNA and even a more amazing person ! He made everyone feel better .
We became great friends and we both helped each other through some challenging times .
His sudden passing is difficult for all who knew him and loved him .
I am so grateful for his time in my life .
