Charles Andrew Garner, 63, passed away on February 14, 2026. He was born on August 13, 1962, to the late Garland and Odette Garner.
Charles proudly served in the United States Army from 1983 until 1986 and was awarded the good conduct medal of exemplary service. He found joy in strategy and competition, often sharing his passion with family and teaching his girls lessons not just about the game, but about thinking ahead and staying steady in life. Chess was his passion.
