Connie Garner, of Ironton, MO, entered into rest on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the age of 77 years, 8 months, and 8 days. She was born June 5, 1948, in Hartford, IL, a daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Shirley (Kriegeskotte) Bell.

Connie is survived by a her son, Michael Garner and wife Cindy of Ironton, MO, 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, one brother, Tom Bell of Illinois, two sisters, Laurie May of Illinois and Vickie Bell of California, and a host of other family members and friends.

She is preceded in rest by her parents and a brother, Rick Bell.

For many years, Connie worked for Belleview Valley Nursing Home as a L.P.N., caring for hundreds of patients throughout her career. She ran a tight ship, always making sure the nursing home ran without failure. She always had a smile when you saw her outside of work, and usually had a hug and a good story. She had a strong faith and enjoyed going to Ste. Marie du Lac Catholic Church when she could.

Connie Garner will be missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
