Born at Pine Bluff on January 22, 1949, he was a son of the late Leon Merl Griffith and Zelma Marie Falls Griffith. He was a graduate of Pine Bluff High School and a member of Family Church.
For over 40 years, he worked as a pipefitter for the Cotton Belt Railroad, retiring from Union Pacific Railway.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy West Griffith; two sons, Chris Griffith (Tina) of White Hall and Jason Charles Griffith of Malvern; a sister, Pat Bearrentine (Joe) of Mobile, AL; three grandchildren, Hunter Griffith (Amber), Garrett Griffith (Jackeline), and Katie Griffith; and three great-grandchildren, Aubrey Griffith, Jacob Griffith, and Parker Griffith.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 7, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Family Church Multipurpose Facility. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 with Brother Cadell Welch officiating. Burial will be private.
