Charles "Chuck" Andrew Knipe, 73, of Cresco, passed away peacefully December 1, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late James and Ann (Boswell) Knipe. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Justine (Hirko) Knipe.
Chuck grew up in Easton, graduating from Easton High School, class of 1969. He went on to earn his bachelors in education from East Stroudsburg University. Chuck worked in the bar business in Easton before opening and running Mountainhome Candle. Outside of work, he was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan, loved music, and especially enjoyed going to the beach with his family.
In addition to his wife, he will be lovingly remembered by his children: Falon Knipe, wife of Charlie Lobb, Andrew Knipe, Nicholas Kaczka and his wife, Mari, Alexis Harvey and her husband, Scott, and Anja Kaczka; grandchildren: Alexander, Luke, Ella, and Lillian; a sister, Cheryl Brinson, a brother, James Knipe and his wife, Sandy, many nieces and nephews, and his dog, Rigby. A celebration of life will be held Monday, December 8, 2025 from 4PM-7PM at Bolock Funeral Home 6148 Paradise Valley Road Cresco, PA 18326.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chuck's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Charles Knipe, please visit our floral store.
