Charles A. Morin Jr.

Charles A. Morin, Jr. went to meet his Lord and Savior on February 6, 2026, with his family by his side. He was born in Lewiston to Charles and Cecile (Laroche) Morin and resided in Lewiston his entire life.

He was employed at A & P, Shaw's and Bates College, during which time he met and then married, in 1953, his wife Therese Boucher. Together they raised three sons. In his free time he loved to play his guitar with his band for local events, dance, ice skate and enjoyed many bus excursions. He was also an avid high school hockey and MAINEiacs fan.

Charles is survived by his sons, Maurice and Marcel (Carol); his daughter-in-law, Donna (Gerry); his grandchildren, Derek (Michelle), Kristen (James), Kevin (Dianna), and Keith (Michelle); and his great-grandchildren, Lauren, Jake, Vaughn, Swindon, Welles, and Levi. He is also survived by his sisters, Doris and Monique, and his brother, Paul. He was predeceased by his son, Ronald; his parents; his brother, Robert; and his sisters, Pauline and Gert.

The family wishes to extend their thanks and appreciation to the Hospice Staff of Andwell Health Partners.

At Charles' request, there will be no memorial service. His wish was simply to be laid to rest.
