He was born to A.J. and Beatrice Nuckels on 6/19/1948 in Pilot Point Texas. He was an auto mechanic by trade, and he enjoyed target shooting and occasionally played the guitar.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother Valrie Nuckels, grandparents, numerous nephews, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law.
He is survived by his partner Linda Logan, of Nichols Iowa. Daughters Lisa Cobb (JD) of Corsicana, Texas, Angie Celli (Tony) of Flint, Texas, Trina Herren (Kevin) of Marion, Iowa, and Laura Larson St. Louis, Missouri. Brothers, David Nuckels of Hueytown, Alabama, Samuel Nuckels of Atlanta, Texas, Randal Nuckels of Garland, Texas. Sisters, Shirley Aaron of Denton, Texas, Elaine McKnight, of Denton, Texas, Charlene Sprabary of Krum, Texas, Trevea Sprabary of Krum, Texas, Jacquline Mullen of Denton, Texas, and Sherilyn Allen of Ponder, Texas. He was also blessed with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date.
