Charles is survived by his wife, Patsy Williamson Proffitt; his son, Justin Proffitt; step-son, Zachary Williamson; his sisters, Anita Tuck (Ben Satterwhite), and Elizabeth Welborn; his nephews, Bradley Welborn, Danny Tanner (Kaleigh Dickerson), and Andrew Shearin; a niece, Ashley Burnette (Skylar); a great nephew, Jordan Tanner; and great nieces, Sapphire and Ava Burnette.
Charles Jr. had a good sense of humor, he loved to make people laugh. His hobbies were fishing, playing cards, and he loved to watch wrestling. He protected his loved ones. He also loved to cook and to eat. Jr. enjoyed going to the beach to fish. His favorite sports were football and basketball. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle,dad, stepdad, and great-uncle.
