I will miss you Charlie. You were a good friend and supervisor. At the Longview plant with Oxy and with Enbridge. I know he impacted a lot of people in his life. He was a good role model. I will always remember you. Your friend in Christ

God has his reason and timetable. Just go into your quiet place, still your mind and let him walk you through it. He will be there, trust me.

Charlie was a great guy with a passion for his work and helping people. I am so glad I got to really know Charlie while I was working in the Longview Office. Lot's of great conversation in his office after hours. He had such a positive attitude and laugh that just made being in his company enjoyable. Charlie was a take charge leader and people person that made people like working for him. I will always have fond memories of my friend, Charlie. My prayers are with his wife and family. Oh Char...where to even begin? In 10 years, you became like a dad, a friend, a mentor, partner in mischief, and leader to me. My life was forever changed through you. I love your family like they are my own. You are leaving a hole in this world that no other can ever fill. I will miss being able to call you and get your advice even if I didn't like it. Thank you for everything! Until I see you again...

I had the opportunity to get to know Charlie (whether he wanted to or not - HA!) in my tenure, especially within the last 5 years. I say "opportunity" because those who know Charlie, knows he is definitly one of a kind. He was so funny, and boy, all the chuckles we had (if walls could talk)! On the other side, Charlie could also be serious. A great mentor to me. He was one, out of a handful of leaders, who listened and believed in me. Charlie will always have a piece of my heart. I will miss him greatly. Sending my love to the family.
