Charles Wesley "Butch" Randall of Wichita Falls, Texas, was called home early Sunday morning August 31st at the age of 80 in Newcastle, Texas, surrounded by loved ones.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday September 15th, at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Butch was born April 24th, 1945, to Virginia "Jenny" and Charles Wesley Rounsavall in Quanah, Texas. Later in life Butch legally changed his name to Randall out of immense respect he had for the Stepfather who raised him, Jack Randall. In his young life he grew up in Quanah, Childress and Bowie, Texas. Upon the marriage of Jack and Jenny, the family moved to Wichita Falls and he attended Barwise Jr High and Wichita Falls Highschool.

Butch spent most of his working life in the oil field in many different roles. He could talk for hours about pulling oil out of the ground, whether you wanted to or not. He loved old cars and could tell you the make and model of any classic car from one look. Any day was a good day to go fishing. He attended City Hope Church and had an infectious love and joy for life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jenny and Jack Randall; two sons, Charles Wesley Randall, Jr. and Michael Randall; and granddaughter, Whitney Kay.

Butch is survived by his sisters, Lynn Miller and husband Michael of Port St. Lucie, FL; Debbie Womack and husband Lonnie of Lubbock, TX; Robin Cornwell and husband Brahm of Lubbock, TX; daughters, Deena Randall of Sarasota, FL; Bobbie Sue Odom and husband Cliff of Mansfield, TX; sons, Rusty Randall and wife Crystal of Wichita Falls, TX; Bryce Randall and wife Kayla of Newcastle, TX; thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Healing Hands Home Health and Texas Oncology for their compassionate and loving care of Butch.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Texas Pit Crew or City Hope Church.
