I extend my sincerest condolences to the Scalies Family. Charley and I were classmates at St Joe´s Prep Class of `58. He was a funny guy- a real entertainer. He helped my grandson when he was considering an acting career for which I was grateful. May he Rest In Peace. Bill Novak SJP `58

All my love and support to Cholly´s family. I was fortunate to be his sports pal some years back. A man of warmth and wit.

My heart was broken when I heard the news. My mind went back to, when, we kids were young and when your family (my extended family)had some kind of gathering of sorts. I would see you all there. Both sides of the families. Uncle Cholly was always so pleasant and funny. Alot of love on the Scalies Family grounds. How I miss those days. My heart goes out to you all. I like to think that Uncle Cholly, Uncle Joe and my dad, Carl Velardi and all that has left us, all too soon, are all sitting around tables out in the back yard, laughing, telling stories and jokes... The laughter and the love that was experienced there, I'll always remember. My love goes out to all of you. Remembering Fondly, Georgette Velardi and my mom, Ann Velardi.
