Charles Scheiber Obituary
Charles L. Scheiber, 87, of Roseville, departed this earthly life on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at his home, in the care of his beloved family. He was born on September 30, 1936, in Newark, Ohio, to the late Robert and Wilma (Schwert) Scheiber. Charles worked most of his life as a machinist for Rockwell International and his last 10 years as a floor inspector before retirement. An avid outdoorsman at heart, he loved hunting and fishing when the season and weather were right for the occasion. Charles was Christian by faith and was a member of the Grace in Truth Community Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie (Beaty) Scheiber; son, Steven Scheiber of Albany; daughters, Victoria L. (Harold) Bourne of Alabama and Peggy L. Peck of Crooksville; several grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; siblings Michael Scheiber of Florida and Ruth Russell of Shelby, Ohio. Welcoming him into Heaven were his parents, a daughter Tina M. Filkins, brothers Richard and Ronald Scheiber and sisters, Jean Bricker and Betty Weed. At his request, a dignified cremation will take place under the direction of Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville.
