Born on December 31, 1953 in Winchester, VA, he was a son of the late Charles William Edward See, Sr. and Pauline (Riggleman) See.
A 1972 graduate of Keyser High School, Buddy was employed as a school bus driver with Mineral County Board of Education for 35 years. Before his retirement, he was named School Bus Driver of the Year. He was a member of Lodge # 662, Loyal Order of Moose, Keyser, Queen's Point Memorial Post # 6775, McCoole, MD and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Surviving is his son, Billy J. O'Brien of Keyser; three brothers, Mark See and wife Laura, David See and Bobby See, all of Keyser; a sister, Betty Selders of Keyser and a close friend, Will Perry of Keyser.
Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 6-8 p.m.
