Charles W. Snyder, 82 of Connellsville died on Friday May 31, 2024 in the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Greater Pittsburgh, Greensburg. He was born on July 28, 1941 in Connellsville a son of the late Joseph W. and Mary Ellen Swift Snyder. He was a 1959 Graduate of Connellsville High School Mr. Snyder was formerly employed at Williamhouse Regency and he retired from the O.C. Cluss Lumber Co. in Greensburg. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Connellsville. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Bloom Snyder; his children, Vincent L. Snyder and his wife Georganne of Elwood City, Pa. and Kathleen Kopf and her husband Joseph of Connellsville; his grandchildren, Lindsay Daniels, Alexandria Kopf and Cameron Kopf, all of Connellsville; his great grandchildren, Kaylie Daniels and Tyson Kopf; his sister, Carol Ann Detone; one nephew and his stepson-in-law, Stephen Zoldi. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Diane Pirl Snyder in 1995 and a step daughter, Rebekah L. Zoldi. Family and Friends will be received from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 111 E Green St. Connellsville where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
