Charles "Chuck" Stratton II, 43, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away at his residence on December 10, 2024. He was born on June 15, 1981, to Charles "Chuck" Stratton and the late Brenda Ruth Hicks Groneck.
A skilled carpenter by trade, Chuck was known for his work remodeling homes, where his craftsmanship and attention to detail shone through. However, his true passion was his family. Chuck's world revolved around his two children, Charles William Stratton III and Rileigh Brindalyn Sue Stratton. He loved nothing more than spending time with them, whether it was playing sports, taking the kids fishing, or simply enjoying life together. He was a devoted father and son whose presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Chuck is survived by his father, Charles "Chuck" Stratton; wife, Heater Stratton; children, Charles William Stratton III and Rileigh Brindalyn Sue Stratton; his sister, Tonya "Shelly" Hicks; and eight nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a large circle of extended family and friends who cherished him deeply.
Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Ruth Hicks Groneck, who will forever remain in his heart.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Care, located at 40 W 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Charles and Rileigh Stratton Trust at Chase Bank.
Online condolences may be made through Facebook or at www.serenityfuneralcare.com. Chuck's legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
