In Loving Memory of

Charles B. Todd

04/11/1951 - 09/12/2025

Charles Burton "Chuck" Todd, age 74, passed away on September 12, 2025, in New Berlin, Texas after an extended battle with cancer. Born on April 11, 1951, in Elizabeth, Louisiana, Chuck lived a life marked by service, dedication, and quiet strength.

Chuck entered the United States Air Force on February 25, 1986. Over the course of his distinguished military career, he served at Kelly Air Force Base in Texas and Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Rising to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt), Chuck was known for his outstanding technical expertise and his commitment to mentoring Airmen in Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Planning. His leadership left a lasting impact on those who served alongside him.

Following his retirement from active duty in 2003, Chuck continued his life of service as a federal civilian employee at the Air Force Personnel Center from 2003 to 2015. In this role, he was continually recognized for his contributions to both military and civilian personnel. Colleagues sought out his strategic insights and admired his unwavering "can do" attitude. His work ethic and dedication exemplified the values he upheld throughout his life.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chuck was a man of deep personal passions. He had an enduring love for Harley Davidson motorcycles and cherished the camaraderie that came with riding alongside others who shared his enthusiasm. Whether on the open road or among friends, Chuck found joy and contentment in connection and community.

Chuck is remembered with love by his wife of 54 years, Beverly Ann Todd (formerly Beverly Ann Reuter); his brother, Rick and Stan Todd and sister-in-law, Barbara Todd; sister-in-law, Nita Poindexter; nephew, Dwayne Poindexter; niece and husband, Mitzi and Shane Birdsong; and great nephew and wife, Hunter and Chloe Birdsong. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Easter Todd. Chuck's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A quiet yet caring man with tremendous intellect and devotion to those around him, Chuck leaves behind a legacy of integrity, loyalty, and kindness.

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held on October 15, 2025, at 9:00-10:00 AM at FuneralCaringUSA, 2621 Mossrock, San Antonio TX.
