Charles S. Turman, 64, of Campbell, Missouri passed away September 2, 2025, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.
He was born on July 17, 1961, in Dexter, Missouri, and was the son of Preyear and Pauline (Sills) Turman.
Charles was united in marriage to Sandra Meiner on September 12, 1996.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Turman; his parents Preyear and Pauline Turman.
Charles is survived by his three daughters, Kimberly Kingston and husband Lee of Gassville, Arkansas, Diana VanderKooi and husband Eric of Piggott, Arkansas, and Lisa Springsteen (Nick Carlton) of Piggott, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Kelsey (Caleb) Allbritton, Zack (Megan) Vanderkooi, Collin (Kassie) Kingston, Maddie (Austin Hartsfield) Vanderkooi, Haley Springsteen, and Karlee (Colton Ryan) Kingston; six great-grandchildren, Oakley, Cache, Cason, Nash, Ella, and Max; three brothers, Keith (Sharion) Turman of Bernie, Missouri, Bobby (Lela) Smith of Bernie, Missouri, and Kip (Sheila) Turman of Bloomfield, Missouri; four sisters, Sandy Stone of Spanish Lake, Missouri, Sharon (Louis) Slinkard of Highridge, Missouri, Cathy Tanner of Jackson, Missouri, and Tammy (Kevin) Sides of Festus, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Susan Marner-Sides officiating. Burial is in Purcell Cemetery in Rector, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Caleb Allbritton, Zack Vanderkooi, Austin Hartsfield, Arlis Mauldin, Kerry Dale Johnson, and Robert Jett. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Thursday from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm in Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas.
