You will always be Mr. VanBilliard to me even though you told me to call you Charlie. Thanks for for being one of the neighborhood Fathers, taking us fishing, and all the good memories. RIP my friend !!! Jimmy Fritts

Charley, Charley, Charley, no words could ever say,
The times we spent together, on many, many days.
Your laughter always filled the air,
Your zest for life, not compared,
Your family first, you loved them true,
And by your side, you saw life through.
Your trust in God, never failed.
As you walked the walk, on life´s tough trail.
Now rest in peace, for God will call,
Believers true, one and all.
