Charles Wall, Jr (Chuck), 95, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Lofland Park Center, Seaford Delaware. Chuck was born on March 14, 1930, to Marion (Powell) and Charles Henry Wall, Sr, where he was raised and lived in Pittsburgh, PA until he took a job at Joint Base Andrews in Prince George's County, Maryland in the late 1960's. Chuck served in the Army and Army Reserves for 12 years.

After retiring from the Postal Service, Chuck continued his passion of sailing and camping, giving him and his family the chance to see 49 states. His hobby of Ham Radio Operator gave him the opportunity to meet and chat with other operators throughout the United States and overseas.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Margaret (Hoffman), sister-in-law Ruth Neff (Hoffman); children Bobbi Reeves (Rodney) and Chuck Wall, III (Kim); grandchildren Wendy, Jessica, and Erica; great-grandson Aiden, and numerous nieces and nephews.
